When the body sends signals that won't go away.
Pain that keeps returning.
Tension that won't release.
There is often more behind this than a local problem.
Why craniosacral therapy works for physical complaints
The craniosacral system runs through the entire body — from the skull through the spine to the sacrum. It surrounds the central nervous system and connects through fascial pathways to every tissue, every organ, every joint.
When this system comes under strain — through accidents, posture patterns, surgery, chronic stress or old injuries — restrictions develop that can show up far from where they originated.
Headaches arising from tension in the neck. Jaw problems connected to the base of the skull. Back pain originating in the pelvic floor.
CranioSacral therapy does not treat symptoms. It looks for the source. Through gentle, precise touch, the craniosacral rhythm is assessed, restrictions are located and carefully released. The nervous system begins to recalibrate.

How a session works
You remain fully clothed throughout the session and lie on a treatment table. The touch is minimal — often barely perceptible as pressure. The system responds precisely regardless.
I assess the craniosacral rhythm and follow the tension patterns in your body. Not according to a fixed protocol — but where your body needs guidance. Every session is individual, because every body carries its own history.
Most people experience the treatment as deeply relaxing — and notice a sense of lightness afterwards that they hadn't anticipated.
This depends on your symptoms — and their history.
For acute complaints, 3–5 sessions can bring noticeable change. For chronic or long-standing issues, I recommend a longer period of support — so the system has time to recalibrate sustainably.
